Information about the Bluebell Mountain and El Milagro Coffee farm in El Salvador:

from El Milagro Coffee Estate.

Location:
Tacuba, Ahuachapan, El Salvador, Central America.

My name is Rogelio Arriaza, actual owner of the El Milagro Coffee Estate in Tacuba, in the Blue Bell Mountains, El Salvador, our family is coffee grower for at least 100 years, my Father Americo bought this farm about 35 years ago, making our land much biigger!….

In our family we like this thing get done in the simple way of life, yes, I will explain you that in my simple short English words (sorry for the misspell), I basically born in a farm, I remember the harvest time when I was 3 year old, the workers, see my father there with me, lots of coffee!, I use to play with many other Childs whonow are living in the farm now, this memories still in my mind, my Mother is a great women, she is the best person in life that I know, in home we use to have our food cooked, fresh, in many cases with fire wood, I grow up in a family who do not know the preservants or any other canned food, our bread was made in home (WOW you have to try that), the most part of the fruit was produced in our farm, mangos, bananas, and many other tropical fruits, chemicals free, and 100% natural, this make the farm products taste very diferent….

Well, you may be wondering why I am saying all this?, is because the coffee was not the exception, let me explain you something that I know ( I learn this in the land, talking with hundreds of small farmers along my life), the nature is not perfect, but is perfect, everything in this world have a perfect side and a not perfect side, this is the case of the fruits (the coffee beans can be included), I will give you a example about this with other fruits first, the mango, there are a lot of perfect mangos in your favorite market, they look big, and fresh, even they taste good, but?, are you ever wonder how a mango will taste, when you are in a farm and take a long stick and make the mango fall down from the tree just for you?, you can even catch them!!, witch one will taste better?, can you answer that for me?, probably the mango is not that beautiful as the one in your market, but this farm mango will taste like heaven!, did you know what happen with the bananas??, are the bananas sold in the US & EU market taste good for you?, are you sure they are good?, do you know to get a good bananas at the moment of the harvest you most have to see the position of the moon to make them right?, I am not crazy, yes the moon over us, do you think the big companies who produce this bananas take care of that simple thing?, or did they believe in this as true?, did you believe me?, the only thing I know is the bananas that I have the lucky to have since I was a child, they are incredible better than any other ones! (many times I didn’t have bananas because the moon was not in the right position to harvest them), are you believing??…..

Let’s see what happen with the animals, the eggs for example, the eggs created between the love of the chicken with a rooster, they taste 800% different at the eggs of the market, same thing happen with the milk, or any fruit produced in the farms of this world…..

The coffee is not the exception, you can find this difference in the coffee too, a natural coffee, who is not processed, just growed and dried under sun, this simple thing make the big difference in the taste to any industrial high productive coffee brand in the market, our farm have a low production, our availity of coffee is very low, this year we have only 500 bags to sell, the slow process make our coffee very expensive and hard to get, the coffee still 100% the same as was produced by the threes, we do not select the beans by size, we do not remove nothing, the full red cherry is harvest and placed under sun for about 7 days, this part of the process in the one who give the coffee a honey based taste, why a high fruity tastes, smooth , non bitter at all, your stomach will ask for more after try this 100% natural coffee, after dry the coffee we storage the dried cherry(look like a dried prune) we put them in our warehouse for a minimum of 3 months, this is a aged process more time better taste, the dry skins of the cherry protect the bean, this can long last more, the aged process give the coffee a wined taste , this have a aged wine sensation….

Can you see the BEE!!.......

Please be sure, that our coffee is not processed and treated only with the nature, this makes the coffee 5 times more expensive than any other coffee in the world, but 10 times better than any other single farm coffee, the shipping is made in bulk to USA by boat, even in this way the boat shipping still expensive because we ship small bulks, plus the storage, the handling in USA, make your own calculations....
